Bafra Tourism

The Emir Mirza Bey tomb is located 5 km away from the town centre. The building was covered with a sharp dome like a tent. It is understood from the inscription on the door that it was built in 1381. Sarcophagis in the tomb were made with Seljuk style and verses were written on some of them. The tomb was constructed by the order of Emir Mirza, ruler of Bafra 600 years ago. There are 16 sarcophagis in the tomb.
