Bafra Tourism

The shrine dates back to the 14th century according to supporting documents and architectural features of it . In the shrine, there is a grave which is believed to belong the son (Hizir Bey) of the former governor of Bafra, Candaroğlu Isfendiyar Bey. The tomb has a square plan and it is covered with a dome. The transition to the dome was enabled with Turkish triangles . Restoration of the tomb is still on process.
